Both teams are looking to snap two-game losing streaks.

The Bulldogs are coming off a 38-23 loss to the Delaware State Hornets, while the Eagles are coming off a 41-27 loss to the Morgan State Bears.

The Bulldogs are 2-2 at home this season, while the Eagles are 1-3 on the road this season.

The Bulldogs have won the last two meetings between the two teams.
