Sara Montpetit takes on the sensitive vampire in upcoming supernatural flick "Blood Sucker."
Montpetit's character in "Blood Sucker" is a far cry from the traditional vampire archetype.
In an exclusive video interview, Montpetit reveals her excitement for the groundbreaking project.
"I'm really excited to play a vampire who isn't just a bloodthirsty monster," says Montpetit.
"She's a very sensitive and vulnerable character, and I think audiences will really connect with her."
The film follows the vampire's search for a life-weary victim.
Montpetit explains.
"My character is looking for someone who is tired of life and ready to give up," she says.
"She's not interested in killing them, she just wants to help them find peace."
"Blood Sucker" is set to hit theaters later this year.
