Several roads in the vicinity of Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium will be closed for the Longhorns football game against Colorado State on Saturday, September 3rd. The closures will be in effect from 9 am to midnight to accommodate game-related traffic and ensure public safety.- Commodore Perry Street between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and San Jacinto Boulevard
- San Jacinto Boulevard between East 26th Street and Dean Keeton Street
- East 24th Street between San Jacinto Boulevard and Red River Street
Motorists are strongly advised to plan for delays and seek alternate routes to avoid congestion. The City of Austin recommends using public transportation, ride-sharing services, or carpooling to the game.
Additional traffic control measures, including detours and lane closures, may be implemented as needed to ensure the safety and smooth flow of traffic during the event.
